What data we process

When you complete the contact, express or order form, we process the data you enter yourself: your name, email address, phone number, the pick-up and delivery addresses and the description of your shipment. We do not ask for more than we need to answer and carry out your request.

Why we use it

Solely to contact you about your request, to provide a quote and to carry out the transport assignment. We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Legal basis

We process your data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and to perform that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For administrative obligations we rely on our legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Recipients

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email delivery provider, which processes the data solely on our instructions. Beyond that we share your data only where necessary to carry out the assignment or where the law requires it.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of twelve months. Data belonging to a completed assignment is kept for as long as statutory administrative and tax retention obligations require.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and uses no analytics services that follow you across websites. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you view the site.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email info@agttransport.nl to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
